Paigey and I invented this drink...it is so good & very refreshing! She named it "Pineapple Present Drink" so that is what we call it!
(P.S. I used a sweetened lime juice because that is what I had...but freshly squeezed would be great as well! If you wanted to make it a grown up drink it would be great with a shot of vodka, some tequila or even a light ginger beer might be nice!)
